General Rules and Information Entry Fee: $200.00 bundle fee per entry Includes: 1 division (3 classes), office fee, stall fee, 3 bags of shavings & dinner Late Fee: $25 for entries received after 6pm Thursday Non Showing Fee: $40 Camper Fee: $35 Additional class Fee: $40 per class Stabling: Stalls available Saturday @ 9am (stall check out time: Sunday) Additional shavings available for purchase on show grounds ($12/bag)

NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ALLOWED! Non-negotiable checks will be charged a $50.00 processing fee.

Protective headgear is required for ALL riders while mounted on horses on the horse show grounds. Junior exhibitors must wear a harness hat approved in accordance with USEF rules. The USEF rule also applies to adults where jumping and when jumping is required (schooling and warm-up rings). WARNING: Under Texas law (Chapter 87, Civil, Practice and Remedies Code), a farm animal professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in farm animal activities resulting from the inherent risks of farm animal activities. All minors must have parent/trainer or guardian sign an entry release, in all classes, riders must wear shirts with collars and either boots and breeches or paddock boots and jodhpurs in order to show.

All Jumper Classes will receive 1st thru 6th; Champion and Reserve in each division. Management reserves the right to change, cancel, or combine classes or to do anything necessary to compensate for excessive or inadequate entries.
