Retail Sales Commission

Sponsoring

Members can earn the difference between Retail or Customer price and Member price – up to a 50% profit. If a Member’s customer places his or her order online, this commission is added to your weekly pay automatically. There are no personal sales or volume requirements to earn the Retail Sales Commission.

When a new Member joins, unless directly placed, he or she will be put into a holding tank of the Sponsor/ Enroller. The Sponsoring Member will have until the end of the current bonus week to place the new Member. If the Sponsor fails to do so, the new Member will be placed automatically based on the default placement in the back office.

Retail/Preferred Customer Bonus On all volume after your first 100 PV (Personal/ Retail/ Customer) during a calendar month, we will pay a 30% Cash Bonus on each order (Personal/Retail/ Customer) with 70% of the PV rolling into Dual-Team Commissions. This is in addition to the retail profit. This bonus excludes Starter Packs. For example, if you have already reached 100 PV and then enroll a Preferred Customer with a product order containing 100 BV, you would earn the difference in price, a $30 Retail Bonus, plus you will have 70 PV (Personal Volume). 100% of the BV (the full 100 BV) counts toward Qualifying Volume. BREAK EVEN QUICKLY – Get 4, Pay No More!

When a Member purchases a qualifying $499.99 Starter Pack, he or she will receive three Tracking Positions. When a Member purchases a qualifying $999.99 Starter Pack, he or she will receive three TPs and will be entitled to the Executive rank right away (ERA). The Member will have until the end of the third full calendar month after enrollment to qualify at the Executive rank or else he or she will revert to the rank qualified during the third full calendar month. If an Executive sponsors an ERA, he or she will receive a $100 Fast Start Bonus in lieu of the $100 Rank Advancement Bonus. There will be no Rank Advancement Bonuses paid on ERAs, only on earned Executive positions. The Enrollment Process • Placement may be deferred until the end of the current bonus week (Midnight Eastern Time Saturdays).

• If placement is deferred, enrollee enters the holding tank of the sponsor. **

• If placement is deferred, and no placement is selected prior to the end of the current bonus week, the enrollee is placed automatically according to the sponsor’s Preferred Default Placement as set in their back office.

• The enrollee is also placed automatically in the SmartLine genealogy according to join date.

** Orders placed by Members in holding tank areas will show volume generated in the current week volume stats even though the Member has not yet been placed.

Core Four - Double Your Fast Start Bonuses

You build your team by personally introducing and sponsoring two other Members - one on your Left Sales Team and one on your Right Sales Team. You then become qualified to earn override commissions to unlimited depth. These sales must be to someone other than you.

This bonus allows you to double your Fast Start Bonuses. Each set of four new personally sponsored Members in a calendar month qualify you for this additional income. You will be paid 1/3 of the total bonus earned over a period of three months as long as your original four stay active.

Your strong side (2/3 of your Business Volume) and weak side (1/3 of your Business Volume) may switch from your Left Sales Team to your Right Sales Team each bonus week. What happens if you sell or sponsor more than two?

• You can place only two people on your frontline.

• Additional people will spill over into your organization.

The Core Four Bonus amount paid will be 4 times the Fast Start amount of the lowest of the 4 Starter Packs.

• You may place them in your Left Sales Team or Right Sales Team, depending on where you need them.

For example: In one calender month, you personally sponsor four active members at the $499 level. You will receive $75 in Fast Start Bonuses x 4 = $300. This is paid immediately. With the Core Four Bonus you will earn an additional $300. The $300 from Core Four will be paid out over 3 months: 1/3 in month one, 1/3 in month two, and 1/3 in month three as long as those same four are still active Members in each qualifying month.

Fast Start Bonus For each eligible product or service you personally sell to a new Member or Customer, you can earn up to $100 in Fast Start Bonuses. There are no personal sales volume requirements or sponsoring requirements to earn the Fast Start Bonus.

Compensation Plan Guidelines

If you are looking for the opportunity to make an immediate income and build a tremendous and secure long-term residual income, look no further. At LiveSmart 360, you always have the option of satisfying personal order requirements in one of three ways: 1) your own personal consumption; 2) retail sales; and 3) direct customer website orders. When you become a Member (FREE), you are placed automatically in the LiveSmart 360 Dual Team-Hybrid Marketing Plan. Your position is called a Tracking Position (TP). You maintain your Member status by generating at least 100 BV in total personal (Regular/ Customer/Retail) orders. (By signing up for the optional Order Assurance Program (OAP), you may reduce that amount to 50 PV.) When you introduce and sponsor two other Members, your status changes to Associate. The two new Members are also given a TP, which is placed below you in the compensation structure. At this point, all the sales of your Left and Right Sales Teams, down to unlimited depth, start counting as your commissionable sales. LiveSmart 360 lets you qualify with only 1/3 of your BV coming from one sales team and 2/3 from the other.

Completing a Cycle A Cycle Check is 240/120 = 360 BV that pays $12 to $20 per cycle based on Rank (see chart). When you complete a cycle, chances are you will have more than the exact amount of Business Volume (BV) needed. Any “extra” BV will roll over and count toward your next cycle. BV is carried over for all Members meeting the minimum personal volume requirements. After the personal weekly cap is met (per Rank definitions) within a bonus week, any leftover weak-side volume will not roll over.

You must generate a minimum of 100 BV in total personal (OAP/Regular/Customer/Retail) orders during the qualifying and effective months to be eligible for the BMW Bonus. (By signing up for the optional OAP program, you may reduce that amount to 50 BV.) Qualifications for BMW Bonus : • You must qualify the first month by qualifying at the Silver level and generating 100 BV in total personal (Regular/Customer/Retail) orders. (By signing up for the optional OAP program, you may reduce that amount to 50 BV.) Your BMW Bonus eligibility then starts the next month. The following months, you can calculate the BMW Bonus level you are eligible to receive according to your rank.

• We will also pay you $2,000 along with the first month payment to help with any down payment required.

• You must submit to LiveSmart 360 a completed BMW Bonus form, the car’s bill of sale, and a photo of you with the car before any payments will be made. The car must be a BMW brand no more than four years old. The vehicle must be white or blue. You must also agree to have the company logos on the vehicle. No BMW Bonuses are paid during the first two months of your business.

• All BMW Bonuses are paid along with the bonus week that includes the 15th day of the month.

LiveSmart 360 Compensation Plan The SmartLine System Personal Notes

Every month, 3% of total company BV is put in the SmartLine Pool. The first active (25 BV) upline Member will receive the retail/wholesale profit on all Customer/Retail Sales, and it will be paid monthly. All of the BV generated will be credited to the Dual Team Compensation Plan. All the SmartLine Pools are calculated with the following formula and paid monthly. (SmartLine Points x PV x Personal Active [25 BV] enrollments in the SmartLine.) The higher you are positioned in the SmartLine the more points you have for the the pool calculation. 1. SmartLine Rookie Pool You must generate or produce 25 PV and you will earn a portion of the 1% SmartLine Rookie Pool based upon your shares calculated by the formula above. 2. SmartLine Executive Pool You must be a qualified Executive in the Dual Team Compensation Plan and you will earn a portion of the 1% SmartLine Executive Pool. You will also participate in 1% of the First SmartLine Rookie Pool. 3. SmartLine Star Pool You must be an active Executive or above with at least 20 active personal enrollments (50 BV). You will then earn a portion of the 1% SmartLine Star Pool. You will also participate in 1% of the SmartLine Rookie Pool and 1% of the SmartLine Executive Pool. This means you have the opportunity to get paid on a portion of 3% of the total company volume.

General Notes 1. If you don’t meet your personal volume requirements within a 60-day period, your position is canceled; your personally sponsored Members roll up to your sponsor (next active) and you will be given a 15-day grace period to reinstate. 2. No Matching Bonus will be paid out on Members who roll up that have already achieved a Silver rank. Advancement bonuses will be paid on all others.

3. No Order or Order Assurance Program order (OAP) is required to keep your position active. Just pay $14.99 per month to maintain the position. BV will hold but it will not accumulate. 4. Rank Advancement Bonus: To qualify for this bonus you must have entered the company via a $299.99 Starter Pack or above and be an Executive. 5. You can earn Residuals on three Tracking Positions but NOT bonuses.

Qualifying & Effective Months All ranks are attained in one calendar month (the first day of the month to the last day of the qualifying month), and recognized and paid in the following calendar month (the effective month). In the event a week spans two months, that week will be included in the calendar month in which the week originated, for bonus purposes.

Carryover Cap: An Active Member can carry over a limited amount of Strong Leg BV each period based on their Personal Volume. If more than your capped Strong Leg BV remains after all bonuses have been paid, all of your BV over the capped amount is flushed until only the cap amount of Strong Leg BV remains to be carried over to the next period. The Carryover Volume cap based on PV are as follows:

Example #1: The current commission period is 4/24-4/30. Your are Paid As Platinum 2 Star and have 175,000 BV on the Strong Leg (Current + Carryover) and 33,000 BV on the Weak Leg (Current + Carryover). You cycle 275 times and 33,000 BV is removed from both the Weak and Strong Legs leaving 0 BV in the Weak Leg and 142,000 BV in the Strong Leg. You have 75 PV in the qualification period and have a carryover cap of 100,000 BV. The 42,000 BV over the cap is flushed, and the remaining 100,000 BV on the Strong Leg will carry over to the next period.

LiveSmart 360 Compensation Plan Order Assurance Program (OAP ) Personal Notes

Members will be encouraged to place their qualifying orders within 30 days of their join date. If they have an OAP profile in place and their cumulative personal orders combined with any Customer orders do not equal or exceed the OAP BV number, then the company will either charge them the difference based on a 70% BV ratio to dollars (and put that amount on a gift card that is sent to them electronically) or ship them a predetermined order based on the Member’s preference in their profile. For example: • The Member has a 50 PV OAP and places product orders totaling 30 BV during the qualifying month. The OAP would kick in (30 days after join) and charge them $27 and credit them with 20 BV. • The Member can now use that $27 to order products or gift the whole amount or any amount in increments of $5 to anyone via email gift certificates. The credits can be used on any product that carries a 70% BV ratio or higher. Taxes and shipping/handling charges will still apply if over and above the credit amount.

Requirements to be Eligible for Commissions and Retain Your Business Volume The minimum monthly volume requirement to qualify for commissions and retain Business Volume is 100 BV for each Tracking Position (TP). By signing up on the optional Order Assurance Program (OAP), you may reduce this amount to 50 BV per TP. You must maintain a personally sponsored Member in each sales team to retain the Business Volume in that sales team and to receive any Dual Team Commissions for each TP. If you do not meet these requirements within the qualifying month, you will lose all BV that you have stored. This will happen during the first full bonus week of the month following the month that you fail to qualify. (300 BV in personal OAP qualifies you instead of having two personals. 100 OAP qualifies y3TP). For example: To earn Dual Team Commissions, a Member must maintain a personally sponsored Member in the Left Sales Team and Right Sales Team of each TP. 1. CREATE a Tracking Position by completing the Member Application. 2. ACTIVATE your Tracking Position with personal sales volume of at least 50 BV through retail sales or personal consumption of LiveSmart 360 products or services. 3. QUALIFY your Tracking Positions by introducing and sponsoring two other Members, one on your Left Sales Team and one on your Right Sales Team. (300 BV in personal OAP qualifies you instead of having two personals.) 4. MAINTAIN a total of 100 BV in personal orders or a minimum of 50 BV in OAP orders and two Members, with one on your Left Sales Team and one on your Right Sales Team. 5. $14.99 SmartSystem (monthly fee) required for all bonus commissions except Fast Start and Retail.
