SPECIAL PROJECTS DEPARTMENT

They have earned our trust by producing" " great work and providing excellent service. Mitch Bernard Special Projects Manager, PENTA

DIVERSE CAPABILITY GSL's Special Projects Department regularly sees a wide array of electrical construction opportunities; from smaller commercial and industrial design build projects to larger TI-type specialty projects.

BRINGING VALUE Cost is clearly an important factor; perhaps even the most important. But with everyone dropping their price, you have to differentiate yourself. Our expertise with ‘Design Assist’ projects allows us to begin the budgeting process during the design phase and helps to control costs while maintaining aggressive schedules.

TEAMWORK: IT REALLY DOES MATTER With GC’s and owners, using sub-contractors that share similar core values breeds loyalty. Familiarity with similar projects and mutual quality expectations help to maintain tight schedules, aggressive budgets, and satisfied clients.
