Leader and Scout Event Instructions: CHECK IN-TIME: Please arrive on time. Check-in is at 5:30 p.m. and event will start at 6:15 p.m. Main entrance gates to the park will be closed at exactly 6:30 p.m. If you arrive past 6:15 p.m. your scout will miss a activity rotation. PARKING- Carpooling is highly recommended. There is limited parking within the park, so please consider carpooling (only 20 parking spots). EVENT PARTICIPANT ROSTER- Only registered scouts and leaders/moms will be allowed in the park. Please verify that your Girl Scouts and Leaders/Moms are listed in the event roster prior to the event. FLASHLIGHT ETIQUETTE- Please be sure to follow flashlight etiquette and do not point light directly at someone’s face. LEAVE NO TRACE!- Please be respectful of the State Park grounds and pick up any litter. EMERGENCIES- In case of an emergency please locate the nearest Girls Scout Volunteer or Parks Volunteer. For minor emergencies, please go to the park office.
