Giving your vote to Grant Seton to be a new councillor will refresh council thinking. My first appointment to a government department was 1982. I have also worked in the private sector. Born in New Zealand, I live in Flaxmere. I will be both a champion and a guardian for the Hastings constituency, blessed by nature with aquifer water, its beautiful lands and sea-line. I find there is a lack of adequate action about noise, odours, water, smoke, waste and prefer HBRC not to contract to PNCC for afterhour services. The intersection of responsibility for local councils with regional council needs review and changes made. I am not a supporter of 1080 poison use or water exports. I believe in a maximum of four terms on council. Visit www.grant.seton.hbrc.cmmnty.nz and choose contact to private message me about HBRC or something else. Thank-you for reading and considering Grant Seton.
