Algeria presents itself as a country with a strategic position, a high potential for knowledge of the services of the FCM Group, where the Algerian market prospect started early. In 2010, the FCM Group began its activity in the construction sector with the creation of its permanent establishment in Algeria. Currently the group has participations in several companies in the various branches, connected to Algerian partners, presenting a solid implementation in the local market.

FCM - Cofragens e Construções, fixed establishment, headquartered in Algiers, has been operating in the Algerian market since 2010. FCM has experience in Algeria, with the know-how to enable all types of projects to be carried out, with a strong presence in turnkey industrial buildings and infrastructures.

QUALITY, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT The FCM Group gives a particular importance to respecting its contractual obligations and responsibilities with its customers, as well as the laws and regulations in force, regarding quality, safety and the environment at all stages of its projects. The high quality requirement, as well as the group’s responsibility to its employees in terms of health and safety, is visible in the various procedures implemented that enable us to consolidate and improve our policy on accident prevention, such as respect for the environment. PUBLIC SECTOR AND PRIVATE SECTOR PROJECTS
GLOBTRACE COMPAGNIE DE CONSTRUCTION GLOBTRACE is an Algerian-Portuguese joint-stock company incorporated under the Algerian law, established in March 2012. A construction and public works company of state body, which operates in the whole Algerian territory, intervening in the framework of projects as well as of the public and private sectors, with a workforce composed of senior managers and qualified employees trained according to the best European standards.

In a country in constant change like Algeria, and with its many challenges, GLOBTRACE has constant recourse to the technologies and working methods developed by the FCM Group, through the technical support and experience brought by the Portuguese staff, a good training of Algerian personnel such as the adoption of reliable and effective technical and material resources.
Following the resources and experience of the FCM Group and with assistance from the Algerian partner, GLOBTRACE has adopted the principle of commitment to its clients throughout all stages of their projects, highlighting and determining the intrinsic values of the society, the respect for legislation, hygiene and safety in our interventions, not forgetting the protection of the environment.

The HASNAOUI-FCM CONSTRUCTION (HFCM) is a recent company of the HASNAOUI Group of Companies, created in June 2012, in partnership with the FCM Group. HFCM is a company with a profile of entrepreneur, bringing together Algerian and Portuguese technical executives who work in the “Oran Ouest” area and contributes to the realization of public works projects in the public and private sector, particularly in the areas of Health, Education, Industrial Construction, Hospitality and High Standard Housing. The medium-term objective of the HFCM company is to become one of the main reference companies in the Algerian market, being recognized for its quality level and technical support as well as its capacity of realization while relying on the continuous training and permanent Algerian technical staff in collaboration with the Portuguese technical staff.

VIAMEC has been represented in the construction market since 1989. First based in Viana do Castelo, in the north-west of Portugal, it has an important role in the region since it is a reference manufacturer.
