Introducing Greg Eicke My name is Greg Eicke and I’ve been working at the leading edge of voice communications for the past 27 years. In that time I’ve found that most companies are interested in two things when it comes to their phone technology. Firstly, how to increase their productivity with better voice and data communication and secondly, how to reduce the phone bill. I bring great news for the business owner who is looking for impressive productivity increases and equally enjoyable cost savings. Another key frustration for businesses is the sheer complexity of many phone and data solutions. The good news is that communications complexity ends with Greg Eicke! As do all of its painful implications. Almost three decades in this industry has enabled me to develop what I call ‘brilliantly simple’ phone solutions. These solutions will make communications and collaboration second nature for your workforce. And of course they save you big dollars in ongoing phone costs… another reason why they are brilliant! Now onto the ’9 Secrets…’ I put this document together to help people become aware of where the pitfalls are when purchasing new phone solutions and what options you have available to you. I’ve been able to piece all of this together because for the better part of my career I’ve stayed independent of any one Telco so as to be able to provide non biased advice to my clients. This has also allowed me to learn many of the insider secrets’ that the Telco’s don’t want you to know. Here’s what a few people have said about the way I have helped them to easily solve common communication problems in their businesses… Special Report This special report is focused on saving your company the money and pain of making a poor purchasing decision when it comes to telecommunications. And that certainly is great place to start. We want to help you plug the leaks so that you are not needlessly sending your hard earned profits over to your phone company. However we really want to go one step further. What if your telecommunications could be a profit centre to your business rather than just an expense item? What if we could find ways and strategies of actually bringing in more business to you and adding extra profit to your bottom line? Saving our clients’ money is something we really love to do. But being able to help our clients MAKE more sales and profit is what really make us want to jump out of bed in the morning and gets us excited! Now onto the 3 ways to reduce your telephone costs without changing carriers.

I analyse telephone systems and accounts for a living, I have done this for the past 27 years. And in 92% of cases I find massive cost reductions for my customers! Many of my delighted customers use these savings to pay for a new telephone systems... in fact they often have money left over. If you’re like most people, you're probably wondering "Where's the catch?" That's OK, let me explain ... The truth is there isn't one. I've proven this time and again over many years in the industry. You see, telephone companies have conditioned us to believe in their complicated spiel. Different call rates for Local, Call rates for STD, Call Rates for Mobiles, Call rates for … and "stick with us for 5 [long] years spend a minimum amount each month and we will give you a [little] discount to help offset the cost of your new phone system, all bundled onto one bill" ... Sound familiar? Imagine if EVERY landline and Mobile call within Australia was one low price and untimed? You can make massive cost savings without changing carriers. (something the big Telcos don't want you to know). Take a look at the proof here's what a couple of my happy customers have to say about the savings we've help them achieve...

“Normally a sales person will tell you anything to make a sale… he delivered on his promises. Greg is good at keeping an eye out for ways to reduce costs… we have saved about $900 a month since the new phone system was installed.” Ross Tait, CEO. Ballina Toyota

“As a large medical clinic, we are used to spending a lot on telephone accounts, however we are saving between 50 to 60 percent off our monthly bills. Cathy Sawyers, Practice Manager. Wellers Hill Medical Centre.

Your telephone lines are one of the most important infrastructures in your business. Telephone companies have long told us we need many lines to make sure your business operates effectively and your customers can call you. Well what they failed to tell you is additional lines may not be necessary and you could be wasting $Thousands every year on line rental. A traditional phone service operates over dedicated transmission lines providing your business with a unique identity – your telephone number. You see the Telcos have conditioned us to believe we need more telephone lines than really necessary which means potentially $Thousands wasted every year. I hear you say, “I can’t afford to miss any calls, the phone is very important to my business, but how can I get rid of the dreaded line rental tax every month”. You would be surprised to know your customers usually only need a few incoming lines so you can take their calls. You’re thinking “But I’ll not have enough lines for my staff to make calls if all lines are used for incoming calls”. That’s right, with Greg’s 27 years of experience he can show you how to use wireless networks so you can save $Thousands every year on line rental tax. I’ve found that many Australian businesses are still paying “line rental” charges on their phone bill even though they qualify for a service that has no line rental charges. You see, most businesses which are located within CBD, metro or major regional locations actually qualify for phone services with no line rental charges. What’s the catch? There is a catch, in fact a couple of them. To qualify for free line rental:  

Your business must be located within a metropolitan area. You must have a genuine business with an ABN (we do not provide services to residential customers).

3. VOIP the Game Changer – but be aware

Imagine you’ve just bought a brand new 50” TV. Flat screen, digital, high definition it’s the latest technology. In the shop the picture looked crystal clear. You get it home, take it out of that huge cardboard box and then connect it up. You start to get frustrated because the picture is fuzzy and breaking up – nothing like it was at the shop. After carefully reading the instruction manual you realise the problem is that 25-year-old rusty antenna on your roof. It’s good enough for the old TV but it just doesn’t cut it for digital. What’s this got to do with VoIP? Glad you asked! You see just like that brand new digital TV with all the bells and whistles - VoIP technology is huge. Yep it’s a game changer! However many businesses have been burnt by it – not because the technology is bad but because it has been badly implemented. Just like using a rusty old antenna with a brand new digital TV, many companies have tried to use the Internet for their VoIP. And just like that rusty old antenna, the Internet simply doesn’t cut it when it comes to VoIP for business use. That’s where I come in. VoIP needs to be delivered properly. It’s like hooking up cable TV directly into your brand new 50” flat screen TV. You get perfect quality and a heap more features!

Wellers Hill Medical Centre.

“Normally a sales person will tell you anything to make a sale… he delivered on his promises. Greg is good at keeping an eye out for ways to reduce costs… we have saved about $900 a month since the new phone system was installed.” Ross Tait, CEO. Ballina Toyota

“…we have virtually halved the monthly cost of calls to mobile phones… His advice proved to be financially sound, and we are very happy with Greg’s thorough attention to detail” Darryl Dickson, Chief Financial Officer. Huebner Toyota
