EXPERIENCE // MSLGroup UK (Sep 2017 - Present) Content Creative I uplift social content across all channels. I push our clients out of their comfort zones with the use of new technology and platform capabilities. I help on both new biz pitch concepts and campaigns for our consumer, employee and corporate clients and developed our agency tone of voice. Weber Shandwick Toronto (Feb 2016 - Aug 2017) Copywriter I worked with account teams, art directors and creative directors to turn creative briefs into national brand campaigns. I wrote digital content, scripts, media materials, tone of voice documents, key messages, website copy and speeches for clients across the agency. I worked on new biz pitches and internal agency content. I had the opportunity to work on many campaigns, one of which produced 150 unique pieces of social content and resulted in 5.7 million impressions and a $0.07 cost per engagement. Another concept resulted in client tears (the good kind) but I can talk to you about that in the interview. Freelance Writer ( June 2016 - Aug 2017) I pitched and wrote articles on everything from Toronto’s best breweries to online dating. After the Canadian Running Series read my article ‘A Chubby Girl’s Guide to Running’ I worked with them on a contest and partnership with digital publication She Does the City. Weber Shandwick Toronto (Dec 2014 - Feb 2016) Digital Coordinator I community managed pages on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter. I was involved in the digital process from start to finish - beginning with content and campaign development, through to posting, paid media strategy and implementation and finishing with results reporting. Additionally, I ran influencer campaigns and managed content and contracts. I was a member of our improv team (which led me to my eventual copywriting role) and brainstormed campaign ideas for clients across the agency. Revlon Canada (Aug 2014 - Oct 2014) PR Intern I edited press materials, media monitored and outreached for product launches and campaigns. I created and executed an influencer programme involving 80 Canadian beauty influencers, resulting in over 200 pieces of content on ambassador channels.
