The location of the site is at the east side of Sunset Road Street, that still a part of Kuta, Bali. Around this site is a high density area, dominated by business district such as hotel, café, restaurant, etc. This site is strategic and accessible because of it close position with arterial and collective roads.

The position of the site is extend from north to south. The west side have high possibility to be very hot because of the direct sunlight every evening. But because of the buildings around the site are high majority buildings, this can be a chance of natural daylight for the building.

The surrounding area of the site is dominated by business areas. The site is also close to the main road that is accessible and easy to nd.

The site location is between 2 way trafc, so that the site entrance can be put at the south side of the site location, and the exit can be put at the north side. Shrubs are the dominant vegetation in the north and west area, while huge trees can be located at the west side.
