Color Primary signature. The Bottini Fuel signature is the most fundamental part of the brand. It represents the entire company, externally and internally. It functions as a promise of professionalism we share with customers, and with one another. The sweeping motion of the mark drafts upward, igniting a form flame build of a “B” for “Bottini” with the hottest part of the flame reversing a “F” for “Fuel.” This mark identifies Bottini as a progressive and passionate industry leader, always providing the highest quality. The logotype is scripted with a bold and precise sans serif that speaks to our strength, dedication, clean and clear communications, advancement, and commitment to stand behind our products and services. The Bottini signature was built with care and thought to the specific relationship between the elements. Do not attempt to recreate these elements. Always use the approved artwork.

One Color Black and white printing. The Bottini Fuel signature is the most fundamental part of the brand. When it is not possible to produce the signature in color, it may be produced in black and white. Always use the approved artwork.

Minimum Clear Space Safe margins. In order to keep the Bottini Fuel signature uncluttered, it needs to be placed in a clean environment. A clearance area that measures the height of the height of the lowercase “L” in Fuel “Bottini” should be maintained on the sides, starting on the outermost edge of all elements. The space of the lowercase letter “O” in Bottini should cushion the accurate space between the mark and the logotype.

Bottini Fuel maintains a focused commitment to our customers, products, and comprehensive services. The tagline, “We’ve got you covered,” delivers value-added messaging to reinforce this commitment. The tagline may appear as part of a greater promotion, but should be used sparingly in combination with the signature. For legibility purposes, do not scale the tagline when it is placed with a signature that is smaller than the recommended two inches. Always use approved tagline.

Good Practices Correct. When using the signature, be sure the signature is placed on a background that enhances visibility. It is always preferable to place the signature on a contrasting background that is white or dark. When the signature is placed on a dark background, the logotype “Bottini Fuel� should be reversed in white to ensure distinction. When the signature is placed on a white background with the tagline, the tagline must always appear in Bottini Dark Red. When the signature is placed on a dark background with the tagline, the tagline may be reversed in white or in Bottini Gold. In select applications, a multiplied 20% Basic Black offset may be employed on the mark.

Signature Misuse Incorrect. Incorrect use of the Bottini Fuel signature compromises its integrity and effectiveness. These examples are not comprehensive, but are a small sample of common misuses. To ensure accurate, consistent reproduction of the Bottini Fuel signature, never alter, add to, or attempt to recreate it. Always use the approved digital artwork.

Do not rearrange, alter or add elements.

Do not remove elements ore place on complicated background patterns.

Visual System Bottini systems. The Bottini Fuel’s brand offers a visual system of flexible components that represent access to professional services. This is illustrated through color, photography, typography, and messaging that communicates service and professional expertise. When applying the Bottini Fuel brand’s graphic elements, especially color and photography, it is important to distinguish and promote Bottini Fuel solutions. Always keep in mind the design is meant to communicate to the specific target audience as well as the core branding elements. Apply the appropriate Bottini Fuel visual styles to create the most effective application possible. The following visual system applications are guidelines for this branded architecture.

Brand Color Palette Primary colors. This color palette emphasizes the Bottini Fuel brand colors. The primary colors of this palette consist of Bottini Red, Deep Orange, Light Orange, and Gold. These colors are equivalent to the Pantone Matching System (PMS), the standards for which may be found in the Pantone Color Bridge. For 4-color process printing, refer to the CMYK values. For screen and web applications (Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Word, video, broadcast, websites), use specifications indicated by the RGB and HEX values. Variations in color may occur, but try to match the Bottini Fuel color palette as closely as possible. For 4-color printing, use the CMYK values as a foundation before calibrating. Vendors may have their own values and formulas for PMS in 4-color process, but the goal should always be to match the PMS standard of the Bottini Fuel color palette. Color variations may also occur on screen as a result of different screen calibrations, operating systems, and software.

Secondary colors. The secondary palette emphasizes is meant to augment the Bottini Fuel brand colors. The secondary colors include Bottini Bright Red and Basic Black.

To help provide a consistent, unified look in the Bottini Fuel brand’s use of typography, the Gentona typeface should be used on all communications for Bottini Fuel products and services. The quality of the Gentona typeface is friendly, confident, eloquent and strong. It is a typeface that will last a lifetime and supports the progressive attitude of the Bottini Fuel brand. Gentona Book should be used for body copy.

Typography Web typeface. Bottini Fuel typography standards should be maintained for website and digital applications. Services and subscriptionbased libraries of hosted, high-quality fonts should be used to embed the primary typeface. Embedding a typeface allows it to be rendered on a website in supported browsers. This helps to maintain a consistent look across all Bottini Fuel materials. To provide a consistent, unified look in the Bottini Fuel typography, the Proxima Nova typeface can be embedded for website through a Typekit.com plan. Proxima Nova should never be used in any other instance.

Do not distort logo. Signage is a communications medium that works 24/7 and can attract customers, influence purchasing decisions, and increase sales. Interior as well as exterior considerations should be made that employ the signature appropriately and branding to reinforce a cohesive environmental experience. Interior office applications should highlight brand colors. Consider wall installations and way-finding systems that leverage appropriate signature, colors, and typography. For exterior office signage, it is important that the commerce locality to confirm any specific restrictions or requirements that business may need to follow. Uniforms Cover formal. Bottini Fuel personnel should always feel professional and comfortable in company threads. Clothing communicates. A professional team requires uniforms that not only distinguish them from competitors, but also are appropriate to the workplace and environment. The way an employee is dressed affects the way the individual and her organization are perceived. Appropriate business attire can be worn day-to-day in the main office and on service calls. An easy to maintain, wrinkle resistant, button-down collared shirt is recommended as the primary uniform. It will serve well for crisp, clean office attire and customer meetings, and convey professionalism for residential and commercial service calls. An embroidered primary signature should appear on the left pocket area of any official shirt. Fabric options include wrinkle or stain resistant considerations. Comfortable slacks (khakis, dress pants, or jeans, as appropriate for the circumstance) are recommended. Jeans may advised for specific service appointments. If there is question concerning the appropriateness of jeans, or appropriate styling on jewelry, hair, and accessories, please consult with the team leader for approved advisements.

An embroidered primary signature should appear on the left pocket area of any official shirt. As this is a more casual form, it is recommended that the mascot is employed as an embroidered mark on the back of the polo. Comfortable slacks and jeans recommended.
