A fresh early-drinking wine that combines the style qualities of white wines with the elegance and matching possibilities of red wines of Maremma Toscana.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Sangiovese (60%), Syrah (40%) FERMENTATION: traditional. MATURATION: 4 months in stainless steel tanks. REFINING: 2 months in the bottle. ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 12,00 - 13,00% TOTAL ACIDITY: 5 - 6‰ AGEING POTENTIAL: 3 years. FIRST YEAR OF PRODUCTION: 2007

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS COLOUR: bright rosé. BOUQUET: fruity, with pleasant hints of raspberry and small wild strawberry, intense and delicate. FLAVOUR: delicate, savoury with a pleasant emery-fine contour in the finish. FOOD COMBINATION: all kinds of hors d'oeuvre, first courses with tomato sauces, fish soups. Excellent with turkey, roast fish and fresh cheese. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 - 12° C.
