IT’S NOT MY MAIL! One of the common things we see on the property is that individuals that have moved from their apartment and have not had all of their mail forwarded appropriately. This means our current residents are getting mail that doesn’t go to them. Please remember that when you do get mail that is for someone else who used to reside in the apartment, you can cross out the address on it, write “NATA” on it (Not At This Address), and place it back in the out-going mail box for the mail person. If mail is in your box, but should actually go to another address, please bring it by the office and we will make sure it gets to the correct address, as sometimes, the mail person has put items in the incorrect mailbox. To assist the mail person, it is also helpful to make certain that your name is written on a slip of paper and placed in the small slot at the front of your box. If you have any questions on this, be sure to stop by the leasing office for clarification.
Thank you to all of our amazing residents who are doing their best to help keep our property looking great. A huge shout out to: Those that have helped keep the pool area free of trash and mess. Those who have been following the rules regarding having animals leashed whenever they are out on the property, and have been picking up after their pet’s mess. Those who have kept their patios and balconies free of trash and other prohibited items. Together we are working to make Faith Landing the best apartment community in Caldwell!
FREEZER CARAMEL DRIZZLE PIE CONGRATULATIONS! Faith Landing is proud to announce that our Porter, Elijah Lewis has been promoted to the position of a full time maintenance technician. He will be able to take care of any leaky faucet, repair any blind, or fix about anything you need repaired in your apartment. THIS IS A DELICIOUS, COOL DESERT FOR A WARM SUMMER EVENING!
INGREDIENTS: 2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts 6 tablespoons butter 1 (7 ounce) package shredded coconut 1 cup chopped pecans 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened, condensed milk 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 (12 ounce Jar) caramel ice cream topping Directions: Place butter in a skillet and melt over medium heat. Add coconut and pecans, stirring to coat. Sauté until coconut and pecans are lightly toasted, about 5 minutes. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mix together condensed milk and cream cheese until fluffy. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon ¼ of the cream cheese mixture into each graham cracker crust. Drizzle each with ¼ of the caramel topping. Repeat layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and caramel. Top each pie with the coconut and pecan mixture. Freeze overnight. Slice and enjoy! IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING AUGUST RENT PAYMENTS! Faith Landing and ACPM, LLC are undergoing a software upgrade and will no longer be using our Propertyware system beginning on August 1, 2017. This will mean that your rent payments will not be able to be made through your current resident portal for August. Please be sure to go into the portal and disable your august (and any future payments) once your July payment has been made. The last week of July, we will be sending out an email to our residents inviting you to our new AppFolio resident portal. This will allow you to activate your portal and make your August Payment online, if you desire. We are excited to announce that with this upgrade, you will be able to make an online rent payment with a credit or debit card or an e-check. As always, personal checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks will be accepted at the leasing office. If you have any questions or concerns about this new AppFolio portal or new payment methods, please be sure to come by the leasing office.
WELCOME TO OUR POOL MONITORS! The Faith Landing pool now has pool monitors on site to help enforce the pool rules. We do need to stress that these monitors are NOT lifeguards and do not replace the need for supervision of residents and guests 16 years old and under by an adult resident (over 18 yrs. Old). Please keep in mind that residents are allowed a maximum of two guests per apartment. Lease violations will be issued to any residents not following directives from the pool monitors. Please be sure to review Faith Landing Pool Rules regularly with all residents of the apartment to ensure that everyone is in full understanding of the rules.
