In November 2017, Kovacs assumed the role of CFO for Saint Francis Healthcare. Prior to that, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett. She provides executive financial leadership, overseeing Accounting, Business Office, Patient Registration, Medical Records, Materials Management, Case Management, and Information Systems. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Chief Financial Officer at Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. She has also worked in financial leadership roles at hospitals in Indiana and Louisiana. Kovacs received her bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in New Orleans and her MBA from the University of New Orleans.

Lane serves as SVP/chief financial officer (CFO) for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare (MLH). Lane joined MLH in 1996, where he served as project facilitator for the corporate finance department and director of business planning for the MLH corporate division. He was promoted to CFO for Methodist University Hospital (MUH) in 2001. After leading MUH for 16 years, Lane was promoted in 2017 to senior vice president/associate CFO for the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare system. He received both a bachelor’s degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis.

Langston attended Southern Methodist University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts and J.D. degrees. She practiced law in Atlanta and Memphis for 22 years before joining Church Health in 1999. She has served as Director, Chief Strategic Officer and is now the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships and Opportunities with Church Health. She currently serves on the Boards of the Community Redevelopment Agency, the Foundation of Southwest Tennessee Community College and St. John’s United Methodist Church.

Lazarov serves as LifeLinc’s General Counsel bringing over 8 years of legal experience to the organization. A three-time alumna of UTHSC, Likes was appointed dean of the College of Nursing in June 2015. Under her leadership, the college has been ranked among the Top 24 DNP programs in the country. She is responsible for managing more than 100 faculty and staff members and educating and serving some 600 students annually. She holds the Ruth Neil Murry Endowed Chair in Nursing. Likes has served as principal investigator or co-investigator for more than $1.2 million in grants and special project funding.
