Chandler is the executive vice president and chief strategy officer for Baptist Memorial Health Care. After earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baylor University, he received a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Washington University School of Medicine. Before stepping into his current role, Chandler served as CEO of five different hospitals, as well as vice president and CEO of Baptist’s metro-Memphis and regional divisions. He serves on numerous boards, including those of Hospital Wing, Crestwyn Behavioral Health and American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board, and he is a member of the Health Innovators Professional Society.

Chiusano is the Chief Nursing Officer for Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis with operational responsibility for nursing care. She brings more than 29 years of experience in nursing leadership and more than eight years of experience as a Chief Nursing Officer to her role. Jennifer plays a key role in facilitating and directing nursing leadership and in overseeing the quality of patient care and patient experience with a wealth of knowledge in quality, patient safety and nursing engagement. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, she earned her Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and is Nurse Executive–Board Certified through the American Nursing Association Credentialing Center. Before joining the leadership team at Saint Francis, Chiusano served in a variety of roles at Sentara Heart Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia, and Delray Medical Center in Delray Beach, Florida.

Cook has 16 years of experience in media, marketing and communications. She stood as editor for a statewide magazine for many years, and she worked with a variety of industries as a marketing strategist for a full-service marketing firm. Most recently, Cook served as the Executive Director for Memphis Farmers Market, where she led the organization in growth and expansion. Cook is a graduate of Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas.

Cooper joined Regional One Health in 2013 with a focus on population health and the health care delivery model of the future. Cooper earned her nursing degrees from Vanderbilt University, where she later served as a faculty member and assistant dean of the School of Nursing. Appointed by Governor Phil Bredesen in 2007, Cooper served as the Commissioner of the Department of Health, State of Tennessee, for five years. In 2011, Cooper transitioned to the Governor’s Office, working on health and wellness related special projects. Cooper is a member of the QSource Board of Directors and has been recognized by the University of Memphis Loewenberg College of Nursing as one of their 50 Leaders in 50 Years. Her work with complex care patients has been recognized nationally by America’s Essential Hospitals, and Cooper and her complex care team recently presented at the Camden Coalition’s national annual conference.
