Grant is responsible for operational leadership of Qsource and oversees corporate operations and support services, including data analytics, marketing and communications, and corporate quality management systems. Additionally, Grant serves as the IDIQ director for the organization’s five-state, five year atom Alliance Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) contract. In this work, she oversees the CMS-funded QIO program work, supported by more than $75 million to improve healthcare quality, costs and access for nearly 5 million Medicare consumers throughout Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, Alabama and Mississippi. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, and received a Ph.D. from the University of Memphis in Epidemiology.

Gregory is the market Chief Executive Officer for Saint Francis Healthcare and the Chief Executive Officer for Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis. Gregory began her Tenet career in 2004 at Delray Medical Center in Delray Beach, FL, as director of emergency services before becoming director of nursing. In 2008, Gregory became the Chief Nursing Officer.  In 2011, she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer at St. Francis Hospital, where she was a member of the executive leadership team and was responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations. In 2014, she was promoted to Chief Executive Officer at Placentia-Linda Hospital in Placentia, California.  Gregory earned a PhD in global leadership at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, and both a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia.

Griffin received his Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi in 1982. He then began his career in public accounting, working 11 years with top accounting firms Arthur Andersen and KPMG Peat Marwick. In 1993, he joined Baptist Memorial Health Care and has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle, Chief Financial Officer for Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis and Corporate System Director of Finance. In 2000, Griffin was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Finance and also served as corporate privacy and security officer. He was promoted to EVP/CFO in December 2015. He is a certified public accountant, a chartered global management accountant, a fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and an HFMA-certified healthcare financial professional.

Hammeran is the CEO and Administrator of Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women and the Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital. Prior to assuming these roles, Hammeran served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at New York Presbyterian. In that role, he was the Chief Administrative Officer of the Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital and the Sloane Hospital for Women. Hammeran also served as Executive Vice President and COO for Miami Children’s Hospital and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. He also held various key leadership roles at The Children’s Hospital in Boston and Geisinger Children’s Hospital Center (now Janet Weis Children’s Hospital at Geisinger) in Danville, Pennsylvania.
