Head most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for the Arkansas Heart Hospital (2013-2017) and also served in that capacity previously for the HealthSouth Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital in Birmingham, AL. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army’s Medical Service Core. After serving at home and overseas as a Captain in the Army, Head returned home and received his MBA from Capella University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and received the ACHE Arkansas Chapter Young Administrator of the Year in 2015.

arkansassurgical Helm joined ASH as the Chief Executive Officer in 2007 and has been instrumental in the business and strategic growth of the hospital. She works closely with the physician owners in creating an organization that can meets the needs of the patients and responds quickly to the every-changing healthcare marketplace.  Helm’s experience in healthcare leadership began in 1989 when she accepted the role of Chief Financial Officer and worked in several facilities in that role, moving to Chief Operations officer in 1996.  Prior to joining ASH, Helm has most recently served as Group Vice President for Nueterra Healthcare.

Debbie Henry Vice President & Chief Financial Officer Baxter Regional Medical Center 624 Hospital Drive Mountain Home, AR 72653 870-508-1445 Henry became Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Baxter Regional Medical Center in 2016. Henry has 13 years of hospital financial management experience.  She previously served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center.  Before her healthcare experience, she was the Director of Finance for Dover Resources, Inc., in Tulsa and Duncan Parking Technologies in Harrison. She began her financial career in public accounting with KPMG serving healthcare and manufacturing clients.  Debbie earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Louise Hickman Vice President, Patient Care Services & Chief Nursing Officer Jefferson Regional Medical Center 1600 West 40th Avenue Pine Bluff, AR 71603 870-541-7100 Hickman has been with Jefferson Regional Medical Center (JRMC) since 1988 when she was recruited to help launch a new cardiac program. She received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Arkansas State University, and a master’s in health services administration from Webster University. In 2003, she was named Vice President of Patient Care Services/Chief Nursing Officer. Hickman is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and is President of the Arkansas Organization of Nurse Executives. She was a past board member of the Arkansas Association of Healthcare Quality.

Connie Hill Vice President of Heart Care and Cancer Center Services St. Bernards Medical Center 225 East Jackson Avenue Jonesboro AAR 72401 870-207-4550 A registered nurse practitioner who also holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Vanderbilt University, Hill oversees both heart care and cancer service lines and plays a key role in long- and short-range planning, policy development, establishing missions and setting priorities for the medical center. She also coordinates appropriate utilization of nursing resources in the provision of patient care. Hill has been recognized by her peers as a recipient of the Arkansas College of Healthcare Executives Senior Level Career  Regent’s Award and has been honored as a finalist for the Nurse of the Year in the Healthcare Heroes program sponsored by Arkansas Business.

Stuart Hill Vice President/Treasurer Unity Health 3214 E. Race Ave. Searcy, AR 72143 501-380-1001 Hill started at Unity Health | White County Medical Center in 1988 as Vice President/Treasurer and continues to hold that position. He began his healthcare career with Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee in 1977. During his tenure, the system’s balance sheet has grown from $7 million to over $270 million. Unity Health currently holds a Standard and Poor’s rating of A/stable and has won multiple financial awards which recently included the Community Value 5-Star Award from Cleverly + Associates putting Unity Health as one of only eight hospitals who received this recognition.
