Before her healthcare experience, she was the Director of Finance for Dover Resources, Inc., in Tulsa and Duncan Parking Technologies in Harrison. She began her financial career in public accounting with KPMG serving healthcare and manufacturing clients. Henry earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Herr is chief administrative officer for Northwest Health Physicians’ Specialty Hospital. Most recently, he served as COO for Starr Regional Medical Center – with facilities in Athens and Etowah, TN. With approximately 14 years of experience in leadership roles, Michael previously worked with Parkview Regional Medical Center in Mexia, Texas, where he was CFO and then COO. Before that, he served as controller at Valley View Medical Center in Fort Mohave, Arizona, and at Lea Regional Medical Center in Hobbs, New Mexico. Herr earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He earned an MBA in healthcare administration from the University of Texas.

Hickman is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and is President of the Arkansas Organization of Nurse Executives. She also coordinates appropriate utilization of nursing resources in the provision of patient care. Hill has been recognized by her peers as a recipient of the Arkansas College of Healthcare Executives Senior Level Career Regent’s Award and has been honored as a finalist for the Nurse of the Year in the Healthcare Heroes program sponsored by Arkansas Business.

Unity Health currently holds a Standard and Poors rating of A/stable and has won multiple financial awards which recently included the Community Value 5-Star Award from Cleverly + Associates putting Unity Health as one of only eight hospitals who received this recognition.
