As AMMC’s Chief Financial Officer, Bloemer oversees all finance related aspects of the hospital, the foundation, physician clinics and Chateau on the Ridge. Bloemer earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from Southeast Missouri State University in 1987. He went on to complete his master’s degree in Healthcare Administration in 1998 at SEMO in Cape Giradeau, MO. He has been a certified public accountant since 1988.
