Kitchen: A choice of quality kitchen units will be fitted as detailed on the kitchen layout drawing. Each kitchen is individually designed for maximum workspace and storage, and includes an oven, hob, extractor hood with integrated fridge/freezer as applicable. Colour co-ordinated wall tiles can be selected from the standard range of tiles and will be fitted between the worktop and wall units of equal height. Bathrooms: Quality white ware fitted as seen on layout drawings. Colour co-ordinated wall tiles can be selected from the standard range and will be fitted 400mm to all baths, with shower areas being tiled to full ceiling height. One row of tiles to the wash hand basin.

Bedrooms: Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes throughout with the master bedroom having the added luxury of an en-suite shower. Internal Decoration: Ceilings painted with 2 coats of white matt emulsion. Walls painted with 2 coats of Gardenia matt emulsion. Skirting boards painted white satin. Profiled door facings with skirting blocks, MDF window sills, all with painted finish. Central Heating: Heating and hot water systems are high pressurised and will be supplied via gas-fired wall mounted boiler, controlled by time clock. All radiators will be controlled by thermostatic valves. Electrical: Standard lighting and power points, shaver socket to bathroom only. Telephone and television point and mains wired smoke detector will be fitted in a suitable location where noted on drawings.

Apartment Security: The main entrance door to the apartments is secured by means of a door entry system, consisting of external call point and internal handset arrangement. Communal Television System: All homes are connected to a communal satellite
