1 Exterior render which shows the modern take on classical Renaissance architectural form.
2 Interior render of the cafe within the library. I took time to focus on the small spaces to make sure the mass of the building was necessary in such a small historical plaza.

3 Render of the main library on the first floor. The floor to ceiling book cases had a high opacity to create ambient lighting during mid-day, harsh lighting.

1 Exterior render of my addition to the San Donnino Incinerator site in Florence. This building re-purposed the condensation tank from the incinerator as a water filtration system to support the new agriculture on the site. It’s a multi-use building with a culinary school and live roof intended to blend into the Tuscan landscape.

2 Exterior render of the re-purposed incinerator and an interior render of the new incinerator.

3 Site map with topographic changes and new waterways on the site.

4 Re-purposed program diagram using parts from the old incinerator.

Spring 2021
1 Interior render of cafe portion of the art museum.

2 Office render for the administration of the art museum.
3 Diagrams explaining my design process for the art museum. Walls unfolding into stairs, walls morphing into seats, and walls bending into new walls. I wanted the structure of the museum to feel monolithic and place the importance on the art. This exploration of walls creating void spaces is an idea I’d like to further explore in my thesis.
