The Specialized Unit Concept What ?

A Specialized Unit (SU) is an extended unit to a Local Committee (LC)/Member Committee (MC) that helps them function in a new educational institute or a new city.

An SU can run one or two exchange functions (OGCDP, OGIP, IGCDP, IGIP).

An SU is led by a separate team that reports to the umbrella LC or to the MC. An SU can become an LC by time (can be used as a simplified way to start LC expansions).

Why? Why?

 Optimizes expansion initiatives without complicating the processes to universities/cities without AIESEC  To achieve our National Goals AND be so much closer to the BHAG

How? How? How?
