Salsa Cioccolata Chocolate Sauce Ingredients â€˘ 200 g of dark chocolate â€˘ 15 g butter â€˘ 1 glass of milk
Put the chocolate and butter in a metal mixing bowl over another saucepan of boiling water. Melt these ingredients together until you have a smooth liquid consistency. Add the glass of milk slowly, constantly stirring. Let cool slightly and then pour over a dessert such as panna cotta.
