Lasagna di Carciofi Artichoke Lasagna Ingredients (serves 6-8) Pasta Bechamel Sauce Artichokes Take a large, square or rectangular pyrex dish and make a first layer with the artichokes. The second layer will be the pasta sheets, then cover again with artichokes and then with bĂŠchamel and a handful of grated parmesan cheese. Repeat this for 3 or 4 layers or until you use all of the ingredients. You will finish with the artichokes and the bechamel. Don't sprinkle parmesan on this layer as it will burn in the oven. Cook for 30 minutes in a hot oven of around 180Â° C.
