The Ukraine will be Saved.

Dear Pastor Steve and Good News Chapel, Praying that all is well with you. I pray that 2023 will be a great blessing to you all. You keep amazing me and Sue with your generous heart for missions and the people of Ukraine. We continue to support our partner pastors and their work with getting food, medication, medical attention, and shelter to anyone in need.

Here Are 2 Wonderful Stories:

Although the war is devastating Ukraine, thousands of people have come to seek the Lord. Our partner pastors are reporting that many are coming to their churches to seek food and shelter and because of that, hundreds have given their hearts to the Lord. They are relying completely on God. One pastor had a small church of twenty-five people for over twenty years. He was getting very discouraged and was thinking about closing the church when the war broke out. He was encouraged to remain open and today, he has over four hundred people in his congregation! God is amazing! Good News Chapel is in God's mission field!

On Monday January 2nd, we sent $15 000 to the Ukraine to help with the needy in Dnipro and for six new church plants in the Poltava region, especially to aid with their heating costs. We had partnered with another Canadian Christian charity with feet on the ground in the Ukraine and with our partner pastors. On Tuesday January 3rd, Good News Chapel’s donation came to our home which covered our expenses and more. You have been used by the Holy Spirit to continue to do God's work on earth.
