GREG POLLARD'S NOTE Hello all, After a busy and boozy festive period, I planned to do absolutely nothing this weekend. (Great time for me to be chosen to do the weekly note.) I started off Saturday morning with Billericay’s Park Run, setting this year’s personal best. Then spent the rest of the weekend on the sofa, watching West Ham beat Arsenal 1-0 thanks to a Declan Rice goal. What a player Rice is and will become. Apologies to the Irish contingent but I really hope he decides to play for England. The rest of the weekend was spent immersed in the Wild West playing Red Dead Redemption. Q4 was a decent quarter for the Solutions team with 15 placements, thanks to Cheyne’s hard work placing 13 into Equiniti. Big thank you to Kevin and Lily for having to screen these candidates. We should also finish January in a strong position as we are currently working on a PPI project with Nationwide in Northampton. Across the rest of the division, in Q4 we recorded 18 placements and a record breaking 218 visits. 130 of these visits were booked in November due to one of Rich Usher’s famous incentives. We should also have a strong start to the year with 17 interviews booked in and it is widely expected to get busier week on week. Here is another reminder to keep the Solutions team in mind when speaking to your clients, and if you have any searches you would like us to run for you, please let me know. Have a great week. Greg
