HABITAT FOR HUMANITY RESTORE KITCHEN SALVAGE PROGRAM

P

lanning a home renovation? Looking to get rid of an appliance or kitchen cabinets? There are lots of things you could do in these situations — sell an item online, trash it, opt for demolition, use a consignment store, store it in your basement or leave it on the end of your driveway. But with Habitat for Humanity South Georgian Bay, there’s a better way to get rid of unwanted items through kitchen deconstruction and salvage. The donation process includes dismantling your kitchen by our volunteer team, including furnishings, built in items, shelving and appliances. Sit back and relax as our professional team deconstructs your kitchen and leaves you with a brand-new space to renovate. We’ll also tackle whole home deconstructions, removing doors, windows, built-in shelving,

etc, from your home at absolutely no cost to you. Think of what you’ll save on demolition and disposal costs, not to mention the environmental impact. donate. do good. feel good. When you donate to Habitat South Georgian Bay’s kitchen salvage program, you’ll receive a charitable tax receipt based on the resale value of your donated items. Plus, all proceeds from ReStore donations go directly toward our Habitat home building projects. So, you can feel good that you’re supporting your community by helping Habitat build safe, decent and affordable homes for working, low-income families. The kitchens salvaged by Habitat are sold in our ReStore, so you can feel good about donating your kitchen cabinets, doors and other kitchen items. ReStores go directly back into our projects to build safe, decent and affordable homes for those in need right here in our community. Your kitchen deconstruction might be free for you, but the funds from selling products in a Habitat ReStore can help ensure a better future for a local family. Habitat for Humanity South Georgian Bay can ensure that your kitchen is salvaged carefully and professionally, with minimal effort on your part. Let us do the heavy lifting and save you some time by relieving you of your cabinets, appliances and other items. When you deconstruct with Habitat, your wallet, the earth and local residents in need will all benefit.
