NOVELTIES 2008 PROMOTIONAL EDITORIAL ARTICLES ”ADVERTORIAL” If you want to tell our readers even more, we offer the possibility of editorial promotional contributions, which are a part of the magazine. The price of advertising space for promotional contributions is the same as for an advertisement. Promotional articles must be additionally marked as an advertisement or promotional message. Advertisement design and the writing of promotional texts are charged separately, in the amount of 10 % of the advertising space value. ADVERTISING SUPPLEMENTS In 2008 we will continue to publish special supplements to present your offers. It is the most efficient way to present your offer in detail. An advertising supplement is sent to the entire distribution list of the Kongres magazine. The supplement is compiled by a group of independent authors who participate closely with the orderer. Conditions for issuing the supplement are: • • • •

a size of at least 8 pages a size of at least 6 editorial pages (advertorial) the cover page is designed in line with the overall graphic image of the Kongres magazine We ensure 2000 additional copies for your promotional needs.

SPONSORED QUESTIONNAIRE FOR READERS By agreement, we can publish a sponsored questionnaire for magazine readers, which we formulate together with you and which is connected to the sponsor’s activities. The readers complete the questionnaire and the information gathered can be valuable source of marketing information for the orderer. We recommend using award questions in the sponsored questionnaire. CATALOGUE OF THE CONVENTION OFFER IN THE ALPE ADRIA REGION In 2008, a catalogue of the convention offer of the Alpe Adria region will be published as a novelty. We want to present the convention offer of the Alpe Adria region as a whole to the widest international public we can. We will select only the best offerers who meet international standards. The catalogue will probably be issued in June with a circulation of 7,000 copies. With this catalogue, you can reach carefully selected buyers who organize and influence decision making concerning international meetings. Event centres and offerers will be organised alphabetically, thematically according to their fields of activities and geographically according to countries. In this way the catalogue will represent a “one stop shop” for all key decision makers. We have prepared a special advertising pack for advertising in the catalogue. In order to present your offer to foreign events organizers in as much detail as possible, we offer you, besides classic advertisements, the possibility of creating a presentational visiting card where we will describe your range of products or services and their basic characteristics schematically (i.e. disposable capacities, the size of convention halls, additional equipment and services).
