THE OASIS

YEAR 3 PRIMER PROJECT 1

The Oasis is a fun, engaging and relaxing pavilion where the people can enter and escape the harsh lifestyle of the society. This pavilion implements the element of fun into it as people will be drawn to the movement and sounds coming from the pipes that are swaying in the wind. The material used are mainly PVC pipes that are suspended from the roof. It provides a space where people around the CBD area can come and eat or have a discussion. The wind blowing between the pipes will make the pipes come into contact with one another to create a calming and relaxing sound, perfect for a place to relax while allowing them to engage with the space.
