Day 8: We depart this morning for nearby Sarasota and the Ringling residence, a million-dollar Venetian Gothic mansion patterned after the Doge’s Palace in Venice, Italy. The Art Museum is an Italian-style villa created by local craftsmen from shiploads of columns, doorways, and marble collected by John Ringling. The Museum of the Circus has a collection of circus wagons, calliopes, costumes, handbills and posters covering the history of the circus from Roman times to the present. From here we travel to Tampa for our overnight stay. This evening we will transport those who wish to go to the Hard Rock Casino for some gaming action. B Day 9: This morning we set our sights northward as we travel to Atlanta for our overnight stay at the lovely Drury Hotel. Enjoy the “kick-back” reception and your evening at leisure. 1. Cancellations prior to 45 days before tour departure qualify for a full refund. 2. Cancellations 44 days or less before tour departure qualify for a refund minus a $100.00 administrative fee and any nonrefundable fees paid out on your behalf.
