Ajo mbart vlera arkitektonike e historike, e shtirë në një sipërfaqe prej 2160 m2, e rrethuar me mure të larta guri prej 3 m, me portë të madhe hyrëse me dy kapakë e dritare karakteristike prej druri. Ms. Fitnete Lluja and the nephew Reshat Kali. The house of Lluja family is one of the oldest buildings in the city of Shkodra, declared a culture monument of 1st category, of about 280-300 years old. It carries architectonic and historical values, extended on a surface of 2160m2, surrounded by high stone walls of 3m, with a large entry gate with two shutters and characteristic wooden window. In the backyard there were a 2-storey tower for horses and livestock, shop and bakery (and 1 water mill) and two wells. Current Status: Exists Courtesy of: Ferid Lluja
