Chair, Employment and Labor Law Mr. Baran concentrates his practice in matters relating to employment and commercial disputes, including cases involving breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, and agreements restricting competition. Employment and Labor Mr. Barlow concentrates his practice in labor and employment law, non-compete law and health care law. He has over 30 years of experience representing management in virtually all aspects of workplace and labor law. Mr. Barlow defends allegations of discrimination and harassment, wrongful dismissal, and retaliation. He also has extensive experience in health care, having represented both acute care hospitals and assisted living facilities.

Business and Commercial Litigation Mrs. Favaro defends corporations in product liability, consumer, personal injury, and commercial matters. With more than 12 years of courtroom experience, she has managed and tried litigation matters in a variety of disputes across the state of Michigan and the country. She represents a variety of small to mid-sized companies in various commercial and employment matters, including non-compete agreements, trade secrets, insurance coverage, and franchise law.

Litigation, Family Law Mr. Wagner concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law, family law and personal injury. Business Litigation Mr. Morgan concentrates his practice in areas of commercial litigation, employment, and real estate matters. He has experience in real estate, probate, and commercial litigation. Mr. Morgan has negotiated both international and domestic multimillion-dollar sale and procurement contracts.


Commercial Litigation, Business and Employment, Family Law Mr. Perry’s area of specialization is commercial litigation, business and employment law. He assists businesses and business owners in all areas of commercial litigation and arbitration including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, non-competition issues, collection actions and wrongful discharge. Mr. Perry has extensive experience in these areas and is known for his aggressive pursuit of his client’s claims while also providing great personal service.
