Her 50 Shapes Workout (inspired by, you guessed it, 50 Shades of Grey) is a resounding success, attracting the attention of Huffington Post, Fitness Magazine, Katie Couric, and many more. Below, we find out this fitness guru's daily habits.

GLOSSYBOX MAG: What do you have for breakfast everyday? Kristen James: My go-to breakfast is a “Van’s” waffle with natural peanut butter and organic jelly on top. GM: What are your favorite foods for snacking? KJ: Favorite snacking foods - carrots and hummus, Skinny Pop popcorn, edamame, and fresh fruit. GM: Do you have any tips for eating tasty and healthy? KJ: Eat flavorful foods and you'll reduce your risk of overeating later in the day. Eat breakfast and keep carbs limited to daytime instead of the evening. GM: What are the main areas women want to tone? KJ: Women all want tight abs and lean legs! GM: What is your favorite part about working out? KJ: My favorite part about working out would definitely be the endorphin rush I get. GM: Tell us more about the 50 Shapes Workout. KJ: It's a workout created for everybody! It's geared toward bringing women results inside and outside of the bedroom and done three times a week. You're definitely going to see improvements in all areas of your life!
