The Mitchell Co. Conservation Board will lower water levels on the Cedar River at the Mitchell Mill Dam beginning October 12, 2010. Water levels at the dam will be lowered a maximum of five feet (5’). Restoring normal water level will begin no later than November 9, 2010 and be completed no later than November 12, 2010.
