An open house will be held at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Riceville on April 2, 2011, between the hours of 2:30 and 4:30 p.m. to honor Marvin and Esther Shoger on their 50th wedding anniversary. Marvin Shoger and Esther (Milhan) Rassman were married on April 1, 1961, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Osage, Iowa. The event is hosted by dren.
