Saddaf Saeed (Qalb Art) is a contemporary artist from the United Kingdom and currently based in the UAE. Having gained a GCSE in Art & Design, she has also achieved her eminence in Law & Mathematics. Her paintings have been exhibited and sold in the UAE, UK, USA, Turkey, Mauritius and most recently in Italy. Saddaf was selected to represent the UK for International Women’s Arts Day 2019 and featured in the book ‘Women Artists Around The World’. Saddaf was awarded a Certificate of Recognition as an Outstanding Artist in the UAE from H.E. Shinoid’s paintings are hybrids of gestural/expressionistic movements and abstract, biomorphic forms that invoke a sense of wonder. They invite the viewers to be curious and to daydream. Through the abstraction of beautiful but small strange things, such as plankton floating in the water or filaments of mushrooms extending miles underground, the artist presents a drifting human mind with hidden dreams and symbols. The viewer can step out of the everyday world, connect with the magical or the mystical, and tap into the memories of unknown sources. Shinoid is often inspired by nature, calligraphy, music, and the inquiries on human consciousness.

Bekir Smolski graduated from Belarusian Academy of Art. Since 2002 lives and works in Austria. His artworks are located in private collections in Austria, Germany, Italy, France, USA and other countries. By his words: “I am inspired by light with its transformations and changeability, variety of forms and uncommonness of structure. I use colours and a style technique to solve the problem of the emotional perception of light and to achieve a compositional equilibrium. The plane of the canvas is the peculiar space for transition to another dimension where there is a different view and different way to light.”
