OOH Engagement For Rotofest 2016 Mumbai Mumbai: India’s smartest outdoor agency, Global Advertisers has partnered with Rotofest 2016 – a Socio-Economic Festival of Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. The theme for the year 2016 is 'Wanderlust' and scheduled from 10th December - 12th December, 2016.
