Its the perfect mixture of work - lately being noted for playing to home to some of the biggest business men and women in the U.S. - and play, hosting beautiful beachfronts, private islands, intriguing restaurants and spicy latin culture.

The Conrad Hotel is located in Miami’s Financial District, hosting a plethora of banks, condominiums, shops and hotels.

Surgery has never been this sexy. That may seem like an overstatement until you’ve made a visit to The Miami Institute inside the Four Seasons.

An ideal stop for the trendy set, this 340-room hotel sits directly on the beach making for an ideal spot for night life loving tourists.

Catering to the business set, The Conrad is a peaceful escape from the lively South Beach set with breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami.

Upon entry guests are greeted by coordinated receptionists who operate with ear pieces and a constant attention to detail. Later guests can be ushered to comfortable waiting rooms with massage chairs and computer access unless of course they’re apart of the VIP set where they can ushered in through a back door and into a very private holding area.

Located in Miami’s Art Deco district, its no surprise that the Gansevoort has an art-deco infused floorplan that includes a 50-foot, 40,000 gallon shark tank situated in the lobby.

Formerly a common meeting place for bankers and executives, the Conrad has now become a common location for weddings, receptions and a honeymoon locale for newlyweds near and far. This can be attributed to its in house wedding planner and catering team who work hand in hand with brides to fully transform the hotels ball room into the wedding of each bride’s dreams. While paying a visit, you can’t leave before stopping for at least one of the day’s meals - or a drink - at the hotel’s Level 25, a restaurant and bar on the 25th floor of the building. While the interior is beautiful and also often used for events, most guests take pleasure in sitting outside along the balcony where they can see Biscayne Bay, South Beach and more. The hotel also hosts a spa where guests can be given the royal treatment from head to toe in privacy.

In addition to a floor plan and interior design concept inspired by the Golden Rule Ratio - a concept that explains what we find beautiful - the office also works similar to a hospital. Offering procedures that can change the body from head to toe, the location holds private consultation rooms, an operating room, a recovery room, a dental room and more, patients don’t have to worry about splitting their time between a doctor’s office and a hospital. Afterward, patients are invited to heal in piece by checking in to one of the rooms at the legendary Four Seasons, which is literally right outside the front door

In addition to a rooftop pool that makes a perfect meeting place to sit under the sun, near the water and overlooking the city, the hotel also hosts dining that serve as familiar favorites to New Yorkers, like STK and Philippe along with Pool Plaza. Nearby is Lincoln Road where visitors can shop at Jimmy Choo, Chanel, Neo Accessario and more while passing by other enticing restaurants and shops. Also nearby are some of the biggest nightclubs in Miami including B.E.D and Mansion. The hotel is also available for private meetings and events in its 100,000 square feet of creative function space, the ballroom, presidential suite or private beach club.

If you happen to be a guest at the Mondrian South Beach, much of your room service menu will be from Asia de Cuba. The fusion between cuban cuisine and asian sentiments are enough to make a guest keep coming back.

Lario’s on The Beach is common stop for authentic Cuban food, with a casual feel. Owned by Gloria Estefan, the restaurant is popular stop for tourists and locals alike.

Designed by Marcel Wanders with menus from renowned restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow, the restaurant incorporates the best of Asian and Latin cuisines producing intense flavors all its own. The restaurant delivers imaginatively prepared signature dishes such as Calamari Salad “Asia de Cuba,” with chayote, hearts of palm, banana, cashews, chicory and radicchio in a sesame orange dressing; Tunapica, aa picadillo style tuna tartare with Spanish olives, black currants, almonds and coconut in a soylime vinaigrette; Palomillo of Marinated Lamb, Miso-Cured Alaskan Butterfish accompanied by a tempura-battered shisito pepper, and Lobster “Mai-Tai,” with rhum, coconut, red curry and wok crispy boniato. The Mondrian South Beach is seductive but well groomed with a great nightlife, great pool that hosts a crowd of trendsetters in the day time and rooms you won’t want to leave. 2

While many passersby stop for a midday drink, it would be a sin to miss out on the cuisine. Popular dishes include Lobster Creole, Cuban Style Steak and a classic Chicken and Yellow Rice. Guests can choose to sit in doors to enjoy a casual and friendly dining experience complimented by first rate service or sit outside for an up front view of the beach. The restaurant is one of many from International Superstars Gloria and Emilio Estefan. You may notice the decor is not particularly modern or trend. Featuring traditional Cuban fare, celebrated classic & flavored "Mojitos" and a magnificent beach view as you dine along South Beach's famous Ocean Drive. This is the exclusive location for this restaurant.

“I know that if I see you today, I am going to see you tomorrow” - Luis Gajer

Las Vacas Gordas is not simply an Argentine Steak House with an abundance of food and steak that would satisfy even the most sensitive palette. Visiting Las Vacas Gordas is like a having a fine dining experience with family. Yes, there is the The Rolled Steak that no one person could possible finish, the mouthwatering chicken breast, the “sweet breads”, the Blood Sausage and an entire menu of authentic Argentine cuisine but what you’ll find most impressive is the friendliness of the staff and the man that runs it. Owner Luis Gajer, who began the restaurant with humble means and his wife by his side, is an energetic and friendly soul any person would find pleasure in having in their company. “I know that if I see you today, I am going to see you tomorrow” says Luis, who makes it a common practice to greet and chat with everyone in the restaurant. “In Argentina and Uruguay, we all love to cook...we don’t like to go by recipes, we cook from the heart.” A message that is understood any time you sit down to have a meal at this unique restaurant. Why “the Fat Cow”? (as “Las Vacas Gordas” translates to an English.) “...it stands for richness, abundance and prosperity.” but that isn’t what Luis wants more of from his successful venture, instead he says, “Whoever GlamourNerd.com
