Share price – August 2018

The share price between the last day of July and August quotations changed its value from PLN 3.60 to PLN 3.59. The average value of the exchange rate in July was PLN 3.55. The highest value achieved by the exchange rate in August 2018 was PLN 3.60, during the session on 31/07/2018.

Share price - last quarter

During the last three months, the share price changed its value from PLN 3.35 to PLN 3.59. The quarter was characterized by an increase on the begining, the rest of the quarter fluctuated around 3.50 – 3.60 PLN. The 3-month rate of return was 7.16%

The highest value in this period was PLN 3.72, which the exchange rate reached on June 22.

Growth of share price - an annual perspective

In the perspective of twelve months, the share price changed from PLN 3.83 to PLN 3.59. During this period, Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A. allocated PLN 4.5 million for the payment of the second in a row dividend in September 2017, which further increases the rate of return. At that time, the payment of another dividend was also passed.

In the last 5 years, GKI shares behaved much better than the entire market. We recorded an increase of 189,52%. This is a much higher value compared to the WIG index (broad market index), which increased in this period only by 23.18% and the Inwestorms index, which grew by 25.52%. The share price of the company also increased in the 2-year and quarter perspectives, each time much faster than the WIG index, recording declines during these periods.

The dividend day in GK IMMOBILE – September, the 7th August and September are the months in which dividend companies share their profits with Shareholders. This year, both companies of the Group - the parent company - GK IMMOBILE S.A. and PROJPRZEM MAKRUM S.A. - the industrial company will pay a dividend. The day of the dividend in PROJPRZEM MAKRUM fell on August 28. The date of dividend payment by this Company has been set for September 12, 2018. The shares in the number of 5,982,716 shares are covered by the dividend. The company will pay PLN 6.580.987.60 in total, that is PLN 1.10 per share. Also the Ordinary General Meeting of GK IMMOBILE, which was held on 08/06/2018, voted for a resolution on dividend payment, the date of acquisition of the right to dividend and the payment date, establishing the third dividend in the Company. Its value increases year by year. This time, the company will pay a dividend of PLN 0.07 per share, allocating a total amount of PLN 5,275,405.24 for this purpose. The date of acquiring the right to dividend is 07/09/2018. The date of dividend payment is set for 21/09/2018.

Good 1H2018 results in the industrial segment PROJPRZEM MAKRUM S.A. the Industrial Group published its financial statements for the first half of 2018. The company, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1999, recorded a 50% increase in consolidated revenues and a 3-fold increase in EBITDA. The revenues of Grupa PROJPRZEM MAKRUM in the first half of this year amounted to PLN 122.9 million, increasing by half compared to the first half of 2017. The operating profit was at the level of PLN 8.9 million, as compared to PLN 1.7 million in the corresponding period of the previous year, and the net profit was up to PLN 4.8 million, as compared to the loss incurred a year earlier. The Group’s EBITDA tripled to PLN 10.6 million versus PLN 3.5 million in H1 2017. “In our strategy, we have presented the market with a very concrete vision of the company’s development. The latest results show that we are on the right track. We are very pleased with the growth, thanks to which we can develop dynamically, but also share the profit with our Shareholders” - comments Piotr Szczeblewski, President of the Management Board of PROJPRZEM MAKRUM S.A.

Bydgoszcz as a haven for modern services for business

Demand for office spaces in Bydgoszcz is rising in view of dynamic growth of the standing of this city on the national market of services for business. At the moment, Bydgoszcz is a leader of this type of services among cities of its size, still leaving a lot of potential for new entities which regularly search for a place where their head offices could be located. The potential of Bydgoszcz is described by the Report prepared for the City of Bydgoszcz by the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) in cooperation with JLL and Randstad: “Bydgoszcz is in a group of the most important places for location of investments from the sector of modern business services in Poland. In terms of employment in centres of BPO, SSC, IT, R&D services it is in the eighth place in the country and develops dynamically. Growth in jobs in the sector (28% since the 1st quarter of 2016) has been supported by successful cooperation of investors with the sector of commercial real estate, recruitment companies, local authorities, higher education schools and other business environment institutions. Bydgoszcz makes perfect use of the potential related to development of the sector, in particular broadly understood IT services, making its presence felt more and more on the national map of business services” – as written in the report.
