BeaconofFarnesinaContextualDevelopment

I wanted to try and open up the dense urban fabric of rome, allowing visitors of the pavilion to be able to take in ts sights. Creating this also acted in polar opposites, so that tourists would be able to see the pavilion as a Beacon. Instead of having identical floor plates, i decided to relate each of the floors to the surrounding historical monuments. These would then be orientated to the landmarks which are within its visual reach. The higher you go up the pavilion, the more visible the further monuments become.
