Troop Trek 2013
Troop Trek! What is it? Troop Trek is a councilsponsored troop camping experience designed for Girl Scout Brownie and Junior troops embarking on their first camping adventure; however, many troops have so much fun they come back a second or third time. At Troop Trek, a core staff of program aides and adult volunteers are on hand to assist troops with camping skills and lead a variety of theme-based program activities.

The Volunteer Troop Trek Committee Needs YOUR Help! Do you like the great outdoors? Does cooking over a campfire equate to a fine dining experience? Do you enjoy working with girls? Is your idea of a 5-star hotel a sleeping bag, tent and the smell of a campfire? Would you like to spend the weekend at one of GSNI’s beautiful camps? If you can answer yes to one or more of these questions, then the Troop Trek Committee is for you! The number of volunteers who step forward will be one of the determining factors that will decide if we can serve the campers registered for each session. So lend a hand and help Troop Trek be a success in 2013! For more information or to join this fun committee, contact Felecia Dupczak at firstname.lastname@example.org or Ext. 7161 (Put TROOP TREK in the subject line of your e-mail.)
