Welcome to Open Water Class Congratulations on taking the first step in becoming a certified scuba diver. In these pages, youâ€™ll find easy tips and tricksâ€Śas well as all of the information you need to get ready for your upcoming journey beneath the sea.
Class You’ll start your class online by clicking the button below
You’ll attend our class session where we’ll go over Equipment, Environment and Experience. These are hands on and question intensive areas, where we’ll be able to get you started on your new adventure with the right knowledge. If you are in a VIP Private or Executive Weekend program, the course manual, deluxe log book and dive tables are INCLUDED in your course and you will receive them in class.
You should allot 5-6 hours for your course work
If you are in a Weeknight or Tropical Referral Program, the required materials are additional and may be purchased here or on the first night of class.
It’s all about the paperwork, right? Medical Release – Please fill this form out and
bring it to the pool on your first night. If you answer “YES” to any of the questions, you will need a doctors release PRIOR to any pool or Open Water work. We have the physician paperwork available…just let us know and we’ll get that to you!

Your pool session will include: Pool In your pool session, we teach you the 20 Basic skills you need to become a SAFE and COMPETENT independent scuba diver.
Most students complete the pool skills in the time allotted, however, if you need more pool time before your Open Water dives, we’ll gladly let you come to any already scheduled sessions.
