Overview of Adult Account Navigation Menu: this will appear on each page of the online registration site. From this menu you can access your troop management. (see Troop Management Guide). Register for Trainings see page 6.

Features of Adult Account Changing Account Login Information You can change your Username, Password and even security question. Changing UserName Step 1—With your mouse hover over “My Account” from the menu on the left. A menu will appear on the right. Step 2—Select Change “UserName”.

Step 3—Enter Current Password and the desired UserName. Select “Change Username” to update.

Changing Password Step 1—With your mouse hover over “My Account” from the menu on the left. A menu will appear on the right. Step 2—Select Change “Password”.

Step 3—Enter Current Password and the desired password. Select “Change Password” to update.

Changing Security Information Step 1—With your mouse hover over “My Account” from the menu on the left. A menu will appear on the right. Step 2—Select Change “Update Security Info”. Step 3—Select a question and enter in your answer.


Functions of Adult Account Print a Membership Card Print a membership card for the current year. If you have already registered for the next year the card will update on October 1st when we start the new membership year.

Step 1—Click on Print Membership Card. Step2—A window will open with your membership card click on print.

Edit Address Please do not use the add a new address link. If you are changing your address please use the “Edit” link to change the information. Our system uses the US Postal Service to validate addresses. If you are having issues please use the contact tab to contact Customer Support for assistance.

Step 1—Click on Edit in the Address window. Step2—Update information as necessary.

Step3—Save


Functions of Adult Account Update Communications Methods From your account you can add, edit and delete communication methods such as phone numbers and emails. To add a new communication method such as an email or phone number Step 1— Click on “Add new communication method”.

Step 2—Choose the Communication type and location.

Step 3—Add in the email or phone number. Then click “Save”.

To edit a communication method such as an email or phone number Step 1—Click “edit” next to the one you want to update.

Step 2—Make your changes then click “Save”.

To delete a communication method such as an email or phone number Step 1—Click “delete” next to the one you want to remove.

Step 2—Select “ok” to delete.


Functions of Adult Account Update the Positions with each troop you participate with. Your membership is only tied to one troop so if you renew and don't add in all your troop numbers you can add it here. Or if you registered as new and didn't add in your troop numbers you can update that information by following the instructions below. Lifetime Members can update their positions each year, as their positions are not updated because they don't renew their Membership each year.

Step 1— Select the “Position” and “Year”. You can not add positions until you are registered for that year.

Step 2— Click on the box to add the troop number. This will open a search window. Type in the troop number and hit search. Remember when searching for your troop number all troop numbers have five digits. Select the correct troop. Step 3— Once you have all the fields filled in select “Add Position”

All positions that you self appoint will be pending when added. If you are new to the troop it will be pending until your Membership Manager approves it. If you held that position last year with the troop contact us, to update it to active.


Functions of Adult Account Register for Trainings Step 1 Log into your account using the username and password you set up when you activated your account.

Step 2 Click on the “Adult Training & Event� link.

Step 3 Click on the green link that is the name of the program or training you wish to attend. This will allow you to see all of the scheduled times and locations along with a detailed description of the course.

Step 4 Select the course that fits your schedule.

Step 5– Once you open the course you wish to attend. Click “Add to Cart”.

Step 6—Then click “Check Out”.

Step 7— Checkout If the training does not have a cost, then you just click on “Process My Order”.

If the training does have a cost, then you will need to enter in your credit card number to process the order.
