Die Lage

Laax Laax ist nicht nur ein einmaliges Winterresort, sondern auch Erlebnis pur im Sommer. Winter in Laax means 235 km of ski slopes, snow parks, Europe’s biggest halfpipe and first indoor freestyle facility, a freestyle academy, and culinary variety both on the mountain and in the valley that leaves no desire unfulfilled. There is also a full calendar of events and concerts. This winter resort consists of the villages of Flims, Laax and Falera. All three villages have direct access to the ski area.

The holiday destination of Flims-Laax-Falera has an impressive offer in the summertime, too. In the immediate area are numerous hiking and mountain biking routes, climbing crags, lakes to swim in, golf courses and a broad range of wellness spa possibilities at your disposal. The region surrounding Flims-Laax is a veritable paradise for nature-lovers and hobby geologists. Where else are so many geological sensations to be found? Like the stream strewn landscape of the Segnesböden, the sheer limestone cliffs, the impressive site of the Flims landslide, or the glacial mills of Alp Mora. Laax can be reached in roughly 1½ hours by car. A Swiss Post coach line provides public transport access to train connections in Chur or Ilanz (and further to Zürich in about 2 hours).
