From Client To Fibromyalgia Health Coach J U L I E

For people without health issues, a big life change, like moving cross-country, can induce stress and fatigue. For someone like me, who struggles with Fibromyalgia, my recent big move resulted in some real challenges to my already tenuous health situation. The weather was impacting me and I was having a lot more bad days with brain fog, off and on pain and a few other challenges as well. Before committing to working a health coach, I knew I had to be real with myself and my coach about what was going on in my body and my mind, instead of pushing down my feelings. As a result of working with Tami Stackelhouse, I have many more good days. Tami is a wealth of knowledge and offers powerful suggestions for living my best life. She holds me accountable to my personal goals about making myself feel better. She also looked beyond the Fibromyalgia, and helped me to identify some other problems; and then offered guidance through her vast professional network. And here’s the best part: I am now a graduate of The International Fibromyalgia Coaching Institute. Becoming a Certified Fibromyalgia Coach has given me a renewed purpose in life. It is so rewarding passing on what I’ve learned, helping others have more good days, too!
