January 2014 Information & Events Ways to Help Gilda’s Club Help raise funds for Gilda’s Club Metro Detroit! Bring the kids, get your friends involved and form a team of two for the 3rd Annual Bling in the New Year 5K event on January 11th in Downtown Royal Oak. Run or walk and complete challenges at local mystery businesses. Pick up your ‘BLING’ necklaces at each stop after completing a challenge. Preregistration $30 (including t-shirt), $35 at the door (t-shirt available while supplies last). Registration includes breakfast goodies, prizes for costumes, lunch specials, 50/50 raffle and finishers will receive a free beer or soda when they return to the BlackFinn American Saloon with all collected ‘BLING’.
