Celebrating Excellence. George Baldwin, President and CEO of Baldwin & Phillips Construction and Larry Phillips, Vice President and Operations Manager bring together 40+ years of construction experience. Mr. Baldwin is a full scale unlimited North Carolina general contractor. He brings over 20 years of experience in construction management and design— from the design/build of custom homes to the construction of a luxury community with homes ranging from 3000–9000 square feet. He has also served as a director on the Haywood County Homebuilders Association. His ability to manage all aspects of the construction project is backed
by strong credentials and a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions. Mr. Phillips, also a North Carolina licensed contractor, is one of the most talented and knowledgeable builders in the area. A seasoned builder with a proven track record, he brings practical construction knowledge to Baldwin & Phillips. During his long tenure in the construction industry, Larry has performed the many jobs that are now executed by the workers he manages, giving him a keen ability to oversee the homebuilding process. Larry is a former director of the Haywood County Home Builders Association.
