work on the Herzog & de Meuron tower we just completed. He has now started to attend The Mark brainstorming meetings. Our creative team and myself sit around a table for a few hours weekly and try to create things like the hotdog cart, flower cart, Bergdorf’s 24-hour delivery, The Mark pedicabs, The Mark Boat, etc. We are always trying to come up with original ideas and trends that we feel add to our guests’ experience.
