EXPERT INSIGHTS LOOKING AT 3RD QUARTER We are through the 3rd Quarter of 2019 and the Incline Village Real Estate market remains strong with our Overall Average Sales price up 16% to $1,526,929. Average days on the market is 141 days, down -5%, showing homes are selling a bit faster,
