George F White are adopting this modern approach with a specialist property management and lettings team dedicated to matching the right property to the right tenant, taking care to give the same exacting service to landlords and tenants alike. We have both landlord and tenant guides which clearly set out what each party can expect – fully describing both their rights and responsibilities. George F White have introduced an open transparent fee structure for both landlords and tenants. For landlords this means a simple flat fee of £450 + vat for our fully managed tenant service find plus £85 + vat per month management fee meaning improved returns. For tenants it means no admin fees or unnecessary charges which can often make moving cost prohibitive. All we charge tenants is £100 for fully independent referencing – no hidden costs or extortionate demands. All you need to move would be your rent, your bond and £100 for an individual, £150 duo.
