Signature Cheese Dip Ingredients: 4 oz. Swiss Cheese 3 oz. Mild Cheddar Cheese 3 oz. Havarti Cheese 3 oz. Munster Cheese 3 oz. Gouda Cheese 4 flz. Riesling Wine 2 slices Laid-Out Bacon 2 tsp. Roasted Garlic Concentrate To Taste Black Pepper 12 oz. Bread, sliced into 6 thin slices Directions: Cut the Swiss, Cheddar, Havarti, Muenster, and Gouda cheeses into small chunks and place in a food processor. Chop finely. Add the Riesling wine, garlic, and pepper, to taste. Process into a smooth paste. To serve, place 4 oz. of the cheese dip into a ramekin dish. Heat under the broiler until the cheese is bubbly and golden-brown. Slice the bread into Â˝ oz. slices. Toast and serve 6 slices with the cheese dip.
